Shipments Policy

Products are shipped by ACS Courier Door to Door and delivered safely to the address you specify within 1-3 working days (except in extremely inaccessible areas where delivery may take up to 7 working days). 

Scent and Flame does not recognize the existence of any liability in case of delay in delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strikes and force majeure, in which case the above delivery deadline will be extended as long as the reason for the delay lasts.

Orders within Greece cost 4.00€, while for orders over 60€ the shipping is free of charge throughout Greece.

Payment by cash on delivery is charged 2.50€.

For all orders, packaging costs are free of charge for all of Greece.

The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents. Upon completion of your order and when it is ready for shipment you will be sent by email the voucher code - shipping number of your package in order to be able to track its progress through the website of the courier company you have chosen.

Returns Policy

If you wish to change or return a product please contact us at +6980025620 or send us an email to info@scentandflamegr in order to inform you of the procedure to be followed.

Changes are made ONLY with ACS Courier Door to Door and with the method of delivery - receipt (hand - hand). The shipping costs are 4 € for the return of the product to our site and 4 € for the reshipment of the new product, a total of 8.00€.

The customer has the right to return the products purchased or to change the order (all or part of it), without obligation to inform the reason for which he wishes to return or change the products, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date he received them and, in fact, when there are several products in the same order from the delivery of the last one, while when there is an obligation to deliver products at regular intervals from the delivery of the first one.

If the return is not made within the above 14-day period, then Scent and Flame may not accept it.

In case of a refund request, the refund will be charged to the customer-sender. Only the value of the products within 10 working days is refunded, not the value of the cash on delivery and shipping costs.

In order to meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the change/cancellation declaration before the 14-day deadline.

Changes and returns of products are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product has not been used.
  • The manufacturer's labels and the labels of the products must not have been removed or damaged.
  • All accompanying materials, such as the accompanying box and proof of purchase, must be sent back with the product.
  • If the product is accompanied by a gift, this must also be returned.
  • The packaging of the shipment should be secure, so as to avoid any damage during transport. Returns with damaged original packaging due to customer/shipper negligence or sticky tape on the box or and pen/marker notes will not be accepted!

The return is made in any way the customer chooses and the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.

In the event that the customer receives a defective or damaged product, the company Scent and Flame will make every effort to replace it with an identical or similar product, at no extra cost. Only the product that is unsuitable to be used for its intended purpose or that does not have the agreed properties as described on the company's website is considered defective.In no case, the product that deviates from the photos posted on the company's website due to the expected differences during their reception and posting is considered defective. In any case where a defect is detected, the customer is obliged to contact the online store via e-mail to info@scentandflame.gr. However, if a product is found to be defective, the company expressly reserves the right to diagnose the product in question as defective, following inspection by its competent employees.
