Payment by cash on delivery at the time you receive the products.

• Cash on delivery is valid only for deliveries within Greece & the service has a charge of + 2.50€ (including VAT 24%) in addition to the cost of transport. The company reserves the right in special cases and at its absolute discretion, after communication with the USER, instead of cash on delivery, to request a deposit in a bank account of the order value that the total amount of the charge exceeds 200 €. 

Payment by bank deposit/transfer.

• Deposit the money to the following available account within 2 working days from the day you placed the order. Please note: If we do not receive your payment together with the order justification within 2 working days, your order is automatically cancelled and we will send you a confirmation e-mail of cancellation. The execution and delivery of your order depends on the date of your transaction confirmation.

It is necessary to write your full name and order code on the bank deposit slip so that we can easily track your payment and confirm your order. The amount you need to deposit is indicated in the "Total" field of your order.

Please note: When the deposit is made by any other Greek or foreign bank, any transaction costs are borne solely by the customer.

To avoid any additional charges or delays in updating the payment of your order in our system, please deposit the amount of money directly to VivaWallet bank.

The products are reserved only after the deposit of the full price to the bank and provided that there is availability on the date of the deposit. In case your products are sold out, the money will be returned directly to your account within 7 working days.

Payment by card

• By credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, and by using the Masterpass e-wallet. Your credit card will be charged upon successful completion of your order. In the event that your credit card is not approved by your bank, the company reserves the right to cancel your order.
